Streetwise Teddy usually stays out of sight of the bully nicknamed Arnie-zilla. However, when his little brother, Bobby, insults Arnie, Teddy must come to the rescue, and become the target of Arnie's wrath instead.

Soon Teddy realizes, however, that only Bobby, his pet cockroach, Hercules, and the creepy Bug Lady can keep Arnie-zilla at arm's length.
